We are pleased to announce a significant upgrade to our network infrastructure! AS62160 is now officially connected to DE-CIX Frankfurt, one of the world's largest and most important Internet Exchange Points.
This upgrade strengthens our European and international connectivity, bringing additional direct peering opportunities with major ISPs, cloud providers, and content networks.
Lower Latency: More direct network paths can reduce unnecessary hops and improve response times for websites, applications, gaming servers, and real-time services.
Improved Stability: Additional peering routes help reduce reliance on traditional transit networks, potentially improving connection consistency, packet loss, and jitter.
Better European Connectivity: Enhanced routing to major networks across Germany, Western Europe, and beyond.
Greater Network Resilience: Multiple independent upstream providers and Internet Exchange connections provide routing diversity and redundancy.
Our infrastructure is designed to support up to 600 Gbps of aggregate network capacity, providing substantial room for growth and demanding workloads.
We also offer customer connectivity options from 1 Gbps to 100 Gbps, supporting everything from individual dedicated servers to high-bandwidth infrastructure deployments.
Our new DE-CIX connection is fully operational and already carrying production traffic. Initial observations confirm that significant traffic volumes are benefiting from additional direct peering routes.
No action is required from customers. The improvements are automatically available across our infrastructure.
We remain committed to continuously investing in network performance, capacity, and reliability to support your projects as they grow.
Thank you for choosing our infrastructure!
