We have upgraded our card payment processing system to Stripe Dynamic Payments, the latest Stripe integration supported by our billing platform.
This upgrade provides a more modern and reliable payment experience, including improved checkout, stronger payment authentication, and support for additional payment methods where available based on your location, currency, and device.
There is no action required from most customers. Existing invoices remain unchanged, and you can continue paying through the Client Area as usual.
In some cases, Stripe may ask you to re-confirm or re-enter your payment method as part of its security and authentication process.
This change is part of our ongoing billing platform modernization and follows our recent transition to immutable invoicing and updated accounting standards.
Good news: payments should now be simpler, more secure, and better adapted to the payment options available to each customer.
