We are pleased to announce that, effective August 1, 2026, payment gateway processing fees are temporarily no longer charged to customers.
This change follows the upgrade of our billing platform to a new version that uses immutable invoices. Once issued, these invoices cannot be modified, which provides a more reliable audit trail and better aligns our billing process with modern accounting standards.
As a result, customers can currently use any available payment method without paying an additional payment gateway fee.
This is good news for our customers: payments are now simpler, invoices are clearer, and there are no additional gateway charges added to the amount due.
We will provide a further update if the payment fee policy changes in the future.
